If you hate doing Bulgarian split squats because there’s too much to think about, this may help you have a more enjoyable experience. 1) use 2 dumbbells vs 1 dumbbell This allows you to distribute the weight across 2 hands rather than one hand so your grip is less of a limiting factor and the center of balance is more evenly distributed 2) keep your back foot plantar flexed so you can push off the back leg better.
