Is Lady Gaga Upset About Her Accidental Engagement Reveal at the Olympics? She Says…
Lady Gaga is ready for her own little monsters.
Three months after confirming her engagement to Michael Polansky, the “Bad Romance” singer shared that for the first time, she’s seriously thinking about starting a family.
“Family, it’s like the roots of the tree,” the 38-year-old told Elle in an article published Jan. 28. “They grow long, and sometimes they’re mangled, and sometimes they’re full of water, and sometimes they’re thirsty. Family is what makes you who you are, and it also defines your need for change.”
And Gaga already has the vision of who she wants her and Michael’s future children to become and how she wants them to see her art.
“I would want my children to understand that whatever my artistry means to them is totally up to them. I would never actually want to shape it or tell them how to think about me,” she explained. “Maybe other than that I just did my best. And tried to stay true to myself along the way.”
